Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. Genesis 26:12-22
The above statement is a fact. It wouldn’t have happened if Isaac had given up. Isaac had every conviction to give up because he followed God’s instruction but he didn’t.
Come with me, let me show you something.

*There was famine in the land and Isaac went to Abimelek king of the Philistines in Gerar.
*The LORD appeared to Isaac and said “Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land where I tell you to live.
*God told Isaac to stay in the land for a while.
*God said He will be with him and bless him
*Isaac planted crops in that land and the same year reaped a hundredfold because the LORD blessed him.
*Isaac became rich and his wealth continued to grow until he became very wealthy.
*The Philistines envied him
*The Philistines filled with earth all the wells Abraham’s servants had dug in the time of Isaac’s father Abraham.
*Abimelek king of Philistines said to Isaac, “Move away from us; you have become too powerful for us.
*Isaac moved away and encamped in the valley of Gerar where they opened old wells and dug new wells.
*Again, the herders of Gerar quarreled with those of Isaac and said “the water is ours!
*Then they dug another well, but they also quarreled over that one
*Isaac moved on and dug another well, and no one quarreled over it. He named it REHOBOTH saying “Now, the LORD has given us room and we will flourish in the land (promise fulfilled).
Lesson
*No amount of enviousness can stop God’s blessings for your life.
**The challenges you are facing currently might be as a result of the manifestation of God’s blessing over your life.
***When God is with you and His blessings start to manifest, just ignore the envious and move on.

Oh LORD, as you continue to manifest yourself in my life, protect me from the envious and make room for me where there seems to be no room. Amen.
